This is a thought provoking post. I liked several of the points - the first one
CEO Rule #1: “Customers remember the experience, not the product.”

This statement made me think of a video post by Shama Hyder on her Shama.tv about whether a product or service is viral. She made the statement that it's not products or services that go viral - but rather ideas.

When a company puts a good idea behind or in the development and delivery of a product or service it has the greatest chance of being embraced by the customer.

Customers do not embrace mission statements or company goals - they do embrace and perpetuate great ideas.
